Moved Site Over to GitHub Pages

After messing about with it for the whole of the Easter weekend, I’ve finally managed to get my site working on GitHub. Contrary to all the documentation out there, it wasn’t really as straight forward to get it up and running and was also a bit of a nightmare to configure things locally with Jekyll.
The next step will be getting the site automatically synced on to different servers, including Amazon S3.
In the meantime, I should really document how I got everything set-up, and workarounds for problems like caching.
